During the quality assurance process, the QA team may do inspections and testing. Some of the more common tests include viscosity (RPM), coating thickness, pH levels, tensile strength, compression testing, and computerized optical scanning using the latest testing techniques and procedures. We run qualifications using a high to low process to assure that all of the specifications will be maintained. All testing is done in house unless additional tests are required outside our facilities before the product can be released to our customer.
